Join us for a 5-week Spring QiGong series on Zoom, designed to release tension, deepen our awareness, and regulate our nervous system. All levels welcome. Come as you are.

In this series, we’ll explore an ancient Fascia-smoothing practice, along with Clearing-QiGong to help release stagnation and encourage the smooth flow of Qi throughout the body. Spring practice also supports the Liver system and can help restore clarity, ease, and flexibility in both mind and body.
