Spring QiGong: A 5-Week Online Series

Join us for a 5-week Spring QiGong series on Zoom, designed to release tension, deepen self-awareness, and reconnect with a sense of openness and clarity.

❋ Structure:

This series is open to everyone, whether you’re brand new to QiGong or already have an established practice. Each weekly session builds progressively,

❋ Throughout the series we’ll explore:

An ancient fascia practice designed to awaken the body’s connective tissue, improving mobility, circulation, and the flow of Qi.

+ A cleansing QiGong practice used to open the inflow of Qi and restore inner-harmony.

Our Spring practice will also support the Wood element and Liver system—helping soften frustration, enhance vitality, and restore flexibility of mind and body.

Day/Time: Mondays at 4:00 PM Central
Session Length: 75 minutes
Location: Live on Zoom

Cost: $140 (register by March 31)
Regular Rate: $175

Recordings: All sessions will be recorded, so you’ll have access if you need to miss a live practice.
