Mind–Body tools blend modern science with ancient wisdom to help us become more present, expand awareness, and awaken inner resources that enrich our everyday lives. These practices support nervous system regulation, stress management, and the release of emotions held in the body, enhancing well-being across both emotional states and physiological adaptation.

While all Mind-Body tools support self-awareness, stress reduction, and emotional regulation, some practices—like interactive imagery, somatic work, and QiGong (NeiGong)—also provide a more direct pathway to the subconscious, offering insight, clarity, and the opportunity for meaningful personal growth.

Talya studied Qigong and Neigong with Master Zhongxian Wu, Thomas Droge, and Dr. Roger Jahnke. She is a certified Qigong Practice Leader through the Institute of Integral Qigong & Tai Chi and a certified Advanced Imagery Guide for Mind–Body Communication through the Academy for Guided Imagery. Talya also attended Harvard University’s Mind–Body Medicine program and apprenticed directly in Somatic Imagery with renowned facilitator Miri Harari.

Before becoming a Mind–Body Practitioner, Talya built a career as an editor and art director in New York City, navigating the fast-paced worlds of journalism and technology. Her personal journey of healing became a profound teacher, shaping the heart of her work and deepening her commitment to supporting others seeking greater presence, clarity, and wellbeing.

Talya is deeply grateful to her family, friends, teachers, and clients—whose courage, commitment, and spirit inspire her every day. She lives with her family in Evanston, Illinois, where she leads group practices and facilitates individual sessions for adults and children, both in-person and online.
