I’m a Mind-Body practitioner. I guide private sessions and lead group workshops utilizing Psychoneuroimmunology-Based therapeutic modalities including— Somatic Imagery, Journey-Process, Interactive Guided Imagery, Mindfulness, Meditation, and Breath-Work. I’m also a QiGong & NeiGong (Internal Skill) instructor.

Mind-Body tools are both modern science and ancient wisdom. They offer us opportunities to quiet our mind, become more present, focused and at ease, access insight, and awaken latent inner resources that enhance our capacity to regulate, restore, and heal our Mind & Body.

I am grateful for the tools and the teachers I’ve met along my journey, and the great privilege of supporting adults and children on their path to greater freedom, creativity, and fulfillment.

I live with my husband and daughter in Evanston, Illinois, and offer both in-person and zoom appointments.
