My work with clients is centered on reconnecting with the innate intelligence of the body and mind. Through QiGong, Breath-Work, Meditation, Somatic Imagery, and Interactive Guided Imagery you’ll find tools for growth, energy, creativity, and presence. These tools are designed to help you engage with your mind-body-spirit network, access insight, release patterns you’ve outgrown, build a better relationship with yourself, manage stress more effectively, and cultivate energy, clarity, and presence in your daily life.

These practices aren't just something to turn to when you're stressed or facing challenges. Like physical exercise, they can be developed through regular practice, helping you build greater awareness, resilience, and inner resources that you can draw upon in everyday life.

Each practice can be explored on its own or woven together.

Integrative Practices for Personal and Professional Growth

  • Interactive Guided Imagery

    Connecting with the wisdom within

A mental image is more than a picture in the mind. It is a thought with sensory qualities — something we see, hear, feel, taste, or smell in our imagination. These inner images begin forming long before we have words to describe our experiences, and they continue to shape how we see ourselves, understand the world, and respond to life.

Much of what influences our thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and behaviors operates beneath conscious awareness. Interactive Guided Imagery offers a way to build a bridge between the conscious and subconscious mind, creating space to explore what lies beneath the surface of our everyday thoughts and experiences.

Through a gentle, guided process of inner exploration, you are invited to engage with your imagination, emotions, memories, and inner imagery with curiosity rather than judgment. Images, sensations, and insights may emerge, offering new perspectives, greater self-understanding, and possibilities for change that may not be accessible through thinking alone.

Interactive Guided Imagery can help you:

    • Develop greater self-awareness and understanding of emotional patterns

    • Explore challenges from new perspectives

    • Support stress management and emotional balance

    • Access inner resources, creativity, and personal insight

    • Cultivate greater clarity, resilience, and choice in everyday life

Rather than being given answers from the outside, you are supported in discovering your own inner resources and possibilities. Interactive Guided Imagery offers a space to listen more deeply, make meaningful connections, and create change from within.

Sessions are available for adults and children, in person or remotely via Zoom or phone.

  • Somatic Imagery

Our emotional experiences are not simply thoughts or feelings in the mind. They are also embodied in the body through sensations, physiological responses, and complex biochemical signaling. The nervous, endocrine, and immune systems communicate through interconnected networks, reflecting the ongoing relationship between our emotional experiences and our physical well-being.

Research into the mind–body connection shows that mental and emotional experiences can influence measurable physiological processes, including heart rate, blood pressure, stress responses, and aspects of immune functioning. Imagery can engage these same interconnected systems, offering a way to work with the relationship between our inner experiences and our physical responses. While research findings vary, they highlight the importance of understanding emotional and physical well-being as interconnected rather than separate.

Somatic Imagery is a mind–body practice grounded in the understanding that imagery is the language of the subconscious, and the body can serve as a pathway to accessing its deeper messages. Our bodily sensations, responses, and patterns can offer clues to the beliefs, emotions, and experiences that shape us beneath conscious awareness.

Through a gentle, guided process, Somatic Imagery invites us to listen to the body and explore the images and meanings that emerge. By bringing awareness to what may be operating beneath the surface, we can begin to recognize unconscious patterns, deepen our understanding of ourselves, and open the door to new perspectives and possibilities for change.

    Somatic Imagery can support:

    • Stress management and relaxation

    • Emotional awareness and processing

    • Recognizing subconscious patterns

    • Coping with pain and discomfort

    • Self-understanding and personal growth

    • Resilience and self-regulation‍ ‍

    • Greater freedom and choice

The body can offer another pathway to understanding ourselves and finding greater freedom in how we experience and respond to life. Somatic Imagery supports a more integrated relationship with your inner experience, helping you approach yourself with greater awareness, compassion, and choice.

Somatic Imagery sessions are available for adults and children, in person or remotely via Zoom or phone.

  • QiGong

QiGong is an ancient mindful movement practice designed to align body, mind, and spirit, while cultivating energy, vitality, and overall well-being.

Through slow meditative movement, breath, and focused awareness, we learn to access and awaken the body’s natural energy systems. As the flow of Qi becomes more balanced and free, we experience greater vitality, improved bodily function, and a grounded sense of relaxed awakeness.

Often described as the study of change, QiGong teaches us to move in rhythm with the cycles of nature. By observing these patterns, we gain deeper insight into ourselves and learn to engage dynamically with the elements and cycles within and around us.

This practice brings us out of our head and into embodied presence. It supports nervous system regulation, cultivates higher states of consciousness, and nourishes both physical and emotional health. Consistent practice has been shown to enhance mood, organ function, and quality of life—while reducing stress, anxiety, depression, pain, and fatigue.

Typically our QiGong practice is comprised of four dimensions:

-Fluid Purposeful Movement to improve circulation of blood and oxygen, strengthen the immune system, and detoxify the cells and tissue.

-Breath practice to manage stress, tension and anxiety.

-Meditation to support presence, neural mood, cognitive capability, clearer thinking, and access to inner peace.

-Self-applied massage to heal the parts that need it the most.

Private and group sessions available, in-person or over Zoom.

  • Neurophysical Wellness at Work

In today’s fast-paced workplace, leaders and teams are navigating constant change, information overload, and rising stress levels. Traditional wellness initiatives often focus on physical health, but sustainable performance and well-being also depend on understanding and working with the mind and body as an interconnected system.

Mind-body tools such as breathwork, meditation, Qigong, and somatic awareness help individuals reconnect with their internal state, develop greater awareness of their responses, and work more consciously with stress. When incorporated into workplace wellness programs, these practices can support environments where clarity, creativity, and emotional intelligence can thrive.

For leaders, this approach goes beyond stress management. Mindful leadership means leading with presence — making decisions with greater awareness, empathy, and balance. By developing self-awareness through mind-body practices, leaders can become more intentional in how they respond to challenges, communicate, and relate to others, helping foster greater trust, authenticity, and resilience within their teams and organizational culture.

Benefits of integrating mind-body practices include:

    • Greater ability to navigate pressure, stress, and uncertainty.

    • Increased awareness of habitual patterns of thinking, feeling, and responding.

    • Improved focus, clarity, and cognitive flexibility.

    • Greater emotional awareness and emotional intelligence.

    • An increased capacity to approach challenges with curiosity and openness rather than automatic responses.

    • More thoughtful communication and stronger interpersonal connections.

    • Greater adaptability, creativity, and resilience.

    • More conscious and intentional ways of working and leading.

Incorporating mind-body practices into the workplace isn't a luxury — it's an investment in individual and collective well-being.

When organizations make space for mind-body practices, they invest in the well-being and development of their people. As individuals become more self-aware, resilient, creative, and resourceful, they bring these qualities into their work and relationships, benefiting their teams and the organization as a whole. In turn, a more supportive and conscious workplace creates an environment where individuals can continue to grow and thrive. It's a mutually reinforcing process in which both individuals and organizations benefit.
