My work with clients is centered on reconnecting with the innate intelligence of the body and mind. Through QiGong, NeiGong, Breath-Work, Meditation, and Interactive Somatic Imagery you’ll find tools for growth, energy, creativity, and presence. These tools are designed to help you engage with your mind-body-spirit network, release patterns that no longer serve you, manage stress more effectively, and cultivate energy, clarity, and presence in your daily life.

Each practice can be explored on its own or woven together for a holistic approach to healing, leadership, and well-being.

Integrative Practices for Personal and Professional Growth

  • Interactive Imagery

A mental image is “a thought with sensory qualities”—something we internally see, hear, taste, smell, touch, or feel.

Formed long before we learn language, mental images shape how we experience life—how we see ourselves, interpret the world, and connect with meaning and motivation. These inner images influence our beliefs, emotions, and behaviors, often outside conscious awareness.

Emotions themselves are not just mental events; they are embodied experiences expressed through complex biochemical signaling. Neuropeptides, neurotransmitters, and their receptors carry information through the nervous, endocrine, and immune systems, forming one integrated system that expresses itself through both mind and body. Thoughts, as well as emotional experiences, become patterned within this system, influencing stress responses, memory processing, and overall well-being. From this perspective, mind-body processes are understood as two expressions of a single, unified field of experience.

Interactive Imagery engage this natural body-mind continuum. While most of us rely on the conscious, analytical mind, research suggests that the vast majority of mental activity—up to 95%—occurs beneath conscious awareness. Imagery provides a direct, intuitive pathway into this deeper layer.

    What Makes Interactive Imagery Different

Unlike “one-way” guided imagery—where a facilitator directs the scene—Interactive Imagery is a collaborative process.
The images arise from the client, not from the practitioner. The facilitator acts as a skilled guide, helping the client explore their own internal imagery with curiosity, safety, and autonomy.

In this highly interactive approach, imagery is used to tap inner wisdom and support the client’s own authority, insight, and decision-making. The facilitator asks open, exploratory questions that help clients deepen into their experience, discover meaning, and uncover solutions that emerge organically from within.

    How the Process Works

Through a guided dialogue of internal awareness, clients learn to “turn on the light” to the subconscious mind—gaining access to insight, emotional release, and deeper self-knowledge. This process can help:

Illuminate the roots of emotional, physical, or behavioral challenges/ patterns

    Shift entrenched beliefs or narratives

    Release layers of emotions

Tap into creativity, clarity, and new possibilities

    Strengthen self-trust, confidence, and resilience

Imagery tools offer practical, empowering resources for anyone seeking meaningful change from the inside out. They support emotional balance, reduce stress, and foster personal growth. Clients often report feeling more grounded, authentic, curious, and capable of navigating life with greater choice and clarity.

Sessions are available for both adults and children, in person or remotely (Zoom, phone).

  • QiGong / NeiGong

QiGong is an ancient mindful movement practice designed to align body, mind, and spirit, while cultivating energy, vitality, and overall well-being.

Through slow meditative movement, breath, and focused awareness, we learn to access and awaken the body’s natural energy systems. As the flow of Qi becomes more balanced and free, we experience greater vitality, improved bodily function, and a grounded sense of relaxed awakeness.

Often described as the study of change, QiGong teaches us to move in rhythm with the cycles of nature. By observing these patterns, we gain deeper insight into ourselves and learn to engage dynamically with the elements and cycles within and around us.

This practice brings us out of our head and into embodied presence. It supports nervous system regulation, cultivates higher states of consciousness, and nourishes both physical and emotional health. Consistent practice has been shown to enhance mood, organ function, and quality of life—while reducing stress, anxiety, depression, pain, and fatigue.

Typically our QiGong practice is comprised of four dimensions:

-Fluid Purposeful Movement to improve circulation of blood and oxygen, strengthen the immune system, and detoxify the cells and tissue.

-Breath practice to manage stress, tension and anxiety.

-Meditation to support presence, neural mood, cognitive capability, clearer thinking, and access to inner peace.

-Self-applied massage to heal the parts that need it the most.

  • Somatic Journey

The Somatic Journey embraces a whole-person approach in which the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual dimensions are understood as cooperative parts of an interconnected system. Through a series of several individual sessions, we learn to turn our attention into the body to illuminate the subconscious and guide us more deeply into our emotional landscape for physical and psychological healing. Focusing on the “images” held in the body allows us to bypass defenses, release tension or emotions stored in the body , and move beyond entrenched patterns of thought and behavior.

At the heart of Somatic Journey is its grounding in affect, body sensations, and lived somatic experience. Unlike visualization on its own, it engages both multisensory and somatic dimensions, which deepens the experience, reveals more insight, and expands the potential for meaningful change.

Somatic Journey is a dynamic and energizing modality that can allow the client and guide to effectively uncover potential sources of even the most chronic psychological and physical challenges and increase the body’s innate capacity for healing, from the inside out.

Available through private one-on-one sessions or group workshops, both in person and via Zoom.

  • Corporate Wellness

In today’s fast-paced workplace, leaders and teams are navigating constant change, information overload, and rising stress levels. Traditional wellness initiatives often focus on physical health — but sustainable performance and true well-being come from integrating the mind and body as one system.

Mind-Body tools—such as breathwork, meditation, mindfulness practices, movement, and somatic awareness—help individuals reconnect with their internal state, regulate stress, and enhance focus. When incorporated into corporate wellness programs, these practices cultivate environments where clarity, creativity, and emotional intelligence can thrive.

For leaders, this approach goes beyond stress management. Mindful leadership means leading from presence — making decisions with awareness, empathy, and balance. By developing self-awareness through Mind-Body practices, leaders model emotional regulation, authenticity, and resilience, which ripple through their teams and organizational culture.

Benefits of integrating Mind-Body tools include:

    Reduced stress and burnout

    Improved focus and cognitive performance

    Enhanced emotional intelligence and communication

    Stronger team connection and trust

    Greater adaptability and creativity

Incorporating Mind-Body practices into corporate wellness isn’t a luxury — it’s a modern leadership strategy. When individuals learn to pause, breathe, and align mind and body, organizations become not just more productive, but more human.
