Mondays in June  

Slow down and connect to your body, mind and spirit through the rhythm of the season and the ancient wisdom of QiGong. Class will include a meditation, breath work and a slow conscious movement geared toward energy restoration and the rebalancing of activity and rest. Open to everyone regardless of experience.

Recordings will be available for anyone who can’t attend live.
