Join us for a weekly Monday class focused on regulating the nervous system and supporting energy flow. Together we’ll move through practices that help restore balance, deepen connection, and support the body’s natural healing capacity.
These sessions are meant to offer simple and tangible ways to cultivate presence, alignment, and healing in daily life.
