Please join us for a 9-week online QiGong series beginning January 2026, where we’ll explore the gentle yet profound practice of cultivating Qi, restoring balance, and nurturing our inner vitality.

This QiGong practice is designed to :

  • Deepen our connection with the vital energy (Qi) flowing through our body

  • Learn techniques to strengthen our energy networks and align body and mind

  • Build resilience, balance, and clarity in daily life

  • Move, breathe, and meditate in a supportive community

  • Cultivate presence, warmth, and joy through the Yin season

This series is designed as a progressive practice, with each week building on the last — planting seeds for our continued growth and self-cultivation.

Live attendance is encouraged to experience the full flow of the series, but a recording will be provided if you need to miss a session or two.
