Winter invites us inward. As the days grow shorter and the world around us slows, it’s the perfect time to reconnect with your body, mind, and energy through QiGong.

Join me for a 9-week online QiGong series beginning January 2026, where we’ll explore the gentle yet profound practice of cultivating Qi, restoring balance, and nurturing your inner vitality.

  • Time: 4:00 PM Central / 5:00 PM Eastern / 2:00 PM Pacific

  • Duration: 75 minutes per practice

  • Format: Live online (recordings available if you miss a session)
