This QiGong practice is designed to :

Learn techniques to strengthen our energy networks and align body and mind
Build resilience, balance, and clarity in daily life
Move, breathe, and meditate in a supportive community
Cultivate presence, warmth, and joy through the Yin season
This series is designed as a progressive practice, with each week building on the last — planting seeds for our continued growth and self-cultivation.

Live attendance is encouraged to experience the full flow of the series, but a recording will be provided if you need to miss a session or two.
